Registration FAQs

New Members:

Remember to register as a Parishioner with the parish office.

When you register, you will be able to:

- indicate your Circle or;
- indicate you want to be matched with a Circle or;
- register as a Sustainer, which means you are not in a Circle, but you want to attend Guild activities and get updates
- indicate you want to be matched with a circle or;
- register as a Sustainer, which means you are not in a Circle, but you want to attend Guild activities and get updates

Existing Members

Login using the link at the top of the page, if you forgot your password you can easily retrieve it - it is linked to your email address, just click "forgot password".

All Active Members can access the directory, register for events online and access Guild pictures & files.  

Membership Year:

Annual Memberships are for July 1 - June 30

Remember to renew your membership before July 

Print Directory Cutoff:

We print the directory based on active members, every August.  

Any registrations after August 15 will only show online and not be included in the printed directory that is distributed Sept/Oct each year)

Forgot if you paid your dues?

LOGIN with your email address and then click on your financial transaction history OR look at your 'next renewal date' to see if you are overdue. If you aren't registered in the system it will prompt you to join.

Forgot Password?

Members can click re-set password to login/set up your password - the site will email you a link to begin the password reset/setup.

Annual Renewal Reminders:

We send automated renewal reminder emails as follows:

  • 1st email at the end of April 
  • 2nd email June 30 
  • 3rd email July 1, indicating expiration 

Once you are active/registered you will not get additional reminders.

***if you mail in a check give us a few weeks to process it, since the summer is so busy!*** 

Paper Registration Option

Paper:
Prefer to fill out the registration via paper & mail it in? click here to print the Guild Registration Form 

Once we receive your check, we will update your renewal date in the online system to show as "paid". (give us about a week to process everything).
